Saturday, November 22, 2014 - Savannah Rapids Pavillion - Loblolly Room. 7-10 pm
Our signature event, held annually in November!
AAD is an evening of art and entertainment when the Artists' Guild invites the community to experience an evening of visual art including watercolors, oils, acrylics, photography, pottery, fiber arts, jewelry, and mixed media.
The Guild's new youth group meets the third Saturday of the Month at the Columbia County Library.
This program is supported by volunteer community mentors & will engage young emerging artists and artisans in a high quality program of involvement in the arts. Activities include workshops, scholarship opportunities, arts education, leadership development, and community outreach programs. This is a great chance for young artists - or non-artists/artisans interested in the arts - to develop the knowledge and skills to operate an organization devoted to production experience and appreciation of the arts.
The Guild needs your support!
The Guild does many things to grow the visual arts ion our area. We fund scholarships for art students, provide on-location art exhibits at businesses, and operate an art gallery. But we need your support to make these activites happen!
Currently Infiniti of Augusta has generously donated space for our gallery in their dealership, but we'd love a permanant home for our gallery.
The Guild is chartered as a non-profit organization under section 501-(C)-3 of federal tax law. Your donations are greatly appreciated and are fully tax-deductible.
The Guild meets monthly, alternating Tuesdays and Saturdays. Saturday morning meetings are at our gallery at the Infiniti dealership, 3069 Washington Rd, and Tuesday evening meetings are at the Brandon Wilde Clubhouse.
