The Artists' Guild of Columbia County is a fast-growing group of professional and amateur artists and patrons of the visual arts. Our artist members work in a variety of media including acrylic, ceramics, charcoal, collage, fiber arts, graphics, jewelry, metal art, oil, pastel, pen & ink, photography, pottery and watercolor. The Guild provides opportunities for artists to exchange creative ideas and business information and offers projects of interest to artists and those interested in the arts.
The Guild was established in 2004, and was initially launched by Columbia County Arts. In its first two years, the Guild hosted Art in the Barn and Art After Dark, scheduled exhibitions at various public venues and provided educational opportunities for our members. The Guild has also established a scholarship fund and has awarded over $5,000 in scholarship funding to local students majoring in art.
The Guild meets monthly, alternating between second Tuesdays and Saturdays.

The Guild needs your support!
The Guild does many things to grow the visual arts ion our area. We fund scholarships for art students, provide on-location art exhibits at businesses, and operate an art gallery. But we need your support to make these activites happen!
Currently Infiniti of Augusta has generously donated space for our gallery in their dealership, but we'd love a permanant home for our gallery.
The Guild is chartered as a non-profit organization under section 501-(C)-3 of federal tax law. Your donations are greatly appreciated and are fully tax-deductible.
The Guild's new youth group meets the third Saturday of the month at the Infiniti Gallery, 3069 Washington Road.
This program is supported by volunteer community mentors & will engage young emerging artists and artisans in a high quality program of involvement in the arts. Activities include workshops, scholarship opportunities, arts education, leadership development, and community outreach programs. This is a great chance for young artists - or non-artists/artisans interested in the arts - to develop the knowledge and skills to operate an organization devoted to production experience and appreciation of the arts.
